A bit about Dr. Kaploun: “I am a wife and mother of two who is kept busy by my kids’ sports, family activities, and by the antics of our salty miniature schnauzer (the family dog). When not spending time with my family or friends, I can be found curled up by the fire with a good book, or more often than not, out walking and hiking with our dog, regardless of the weather. I love spending time outdoors and in nature; camping and hiking are some of my favourite activities, along with kayaking, portaging, and dragon boating. I also love collecting old books and listening to jazz., I believe work-life balance is key for optimal mental health, and I strive to help my clients achieve that balance for themselves.”
